• Student's Photograph (Size below 500KB)

 

Optional - If you do not have the following documents you can still fill up the form but would be required to submit these documents subsequently as per guidelines of the School

• Student's Adhaar Card (Size below 500KB)
• Student's Birth Certificate (Size below 500KB)
• Student's Transfer Certificate (Size below 500KB)
• Student's Result of Last Examination (Size below 500KB)
